Let me first introduce myself. My name is Mieke de Jong. I live in The Netherlands. I am 32 years old. Since a couple of months I am a Contentmanager. Before I had my own company. An internet agency. I wrote for several websites and was a concept developer. I invested quite some time and effort to manage this whole Search Engine Friendly Copywriting thing. And other ways how you can attract traffic to your site.
Why I started this blog
I was fed up by working from home. I missed colleagues. There where aspects, like administration and acquisition that I didn’t like of running your own company. I found a job that is challenging. It’s even quite the same as what I did before. Creativity, initiative and knowledge are appreciated.
And that’s actually part of why I start this blog. I got myself specialised in SEO Copywriting. As my own boss I kept track of all new things on the internet. I had to, if I wanted to survive. I specialized myself in communication on the net. And I aim to keep it that way. I want to stay triggered to search for new opinions on Online Marketing. I want to keep that feeling with the market on what’s the next big thing.
Web 2.0
I am a strong believer of Web 2.0. “Knowledge is power” is so BW2.0 (before Web2.0) 
Sharing Knowledge is Power. If 1 and 1 is 3. What happens if millions of people add up? That’s what makes internet interesting.
I decided to share my knowledge of SEO Copywriting. And of all the subjects I learned about over the years. SEO Copywriting will be a big subject here, but also other subjects that have an overlap, or just my personal interest will be addressed to on this blog.

Each Wednesday you’ll find new postings! I decided to place it in the form of a course. Including excersizes. And posibilies to share your copy with the rest of the visitors. Sharpen your pens. It’s going to be an educational ride. For all of us.

I decided to start off low key. First weeks it’s going to be fairly easy because I found that lots of people still don’t exactly know what it’s all about, but still they are really curious to learn more on the subject. And above all, it could add to their personal communication, or businesses.
